I’m having difficulty using the mobile app

    We are working to make sure the Canada Post mobile app is accessible to all customers. Please share your comments and suggestions about the accessibility of our mobile app using the following channels:

    • Submit feedback directly in the app by accessing the feedback page in the app settings
    • Send the mobile team an email at
    • Provide accessibility feedback to Canada Post by mail, telephone, teletypewriter (TTY), email, web form, social media or online chat with a live agent
