OTTAWA – Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) have been negotiating through the weekend with the help of a special mediator.

At the mediator’s request Canada Post has agreed to extend mediation another 24 hours. The current collective agreements will therefore continue to apply for the next 24 hours.
